It's getting plenty of use. My 4Runner is the best damn shelf/workbench I've ever seen.

Too cold for a decent paint job on it so I'll skimp on it tonight and redo it later. As for now I need to touch up the clean up for rebuilding/install in the morning.

If it's not chrome'd and powder coated I'll be very disappointed. lol.

J/K. Looking great man.

All though a chrome diff cover would be swanky!!!

WAY back in the day the word was "if it don't go Chrome it". Thus the double tube roll bars and bumpers if the 80's rigs. lol. I'd post pics of my 82 Yota with the Buick 3.8 but it's sorta embarrassing. :). Granted I did wheel that thing ... Not to the degree we wheel today though . Not by far.

<reserved for better pic of completed SAS>

To do list still:
- clearance and lengthen front drive shaft
- front/rear leaf replacement (thinking F150s right now)
- 4.7 install
- shocks and shock mounts in rear
- ubolt flip on f/r
- beverage holders in cab

These are called hands

I just built some drink holders for the red truck. Turned out better than expected considering I was slightly hammered when I started and wasted when I was done. Unfortunately the largest hole saw I had was 2.5". That will only fit a bottle or a michelob ultra skinny can not a regular beer can.

Drink holders in trail rigs are overrated. The problem is that no matter what it shakes up your beverage to the point its either flat or the can is empty. I vote hands and just drink when you stop.

My method is to hold it, and then chug it when I get to something that needs 2 hands.

Pic on your build thread?

I will take one tonight. It is made out of 4 pieces of 4" x 12" Poplar that I picked up at Lowes. Add some screws and some tabs to bolt it down.

Check out Liquid Caddy. It's what I have in mine. Made for boats or anything that moves. I ditched the plastic mount and welded a nut for it to mount to.

I have one of those as well. Once I get my crossbar between my A-pillars it will go there just like yours is mounted. Its temporarily on my driver side a-pillar cage bar. I just gets in the way though.
