Hey guys I joined here a couple weeks back.

The customer rep is pretty decent dealing with the ultra gauge folks so far... i ended up getting the GB together.

If some of you guys want it just let me know and I will give you the details. I hate that I can't look at y'alls awesome offroad builds for inspiration anymore. I am gonna try to visit here more often.

I'm not sure about there customer service or the product it's self, but I can tell you that I wouldn't buy anything from somebody who intentionally tried to mislead me.

I'm not trying to say anything negative about you or the GB on TW, don't take it that way.

Well i ordered one before finding those posts. Suppose to arrive tomorrow....oh well. Hopefully it works as it says. If I knew about their shady business before buying, odds are I would have just bought a SG. We shall see how it goes, I guess...

Regardless of the cheap way off marketing they have a fairly good product, I still think their service was pretty good, shipping was fast, and I've had mine for about 3 weeks now and it has performed just as advertised if not better. Yeah, they took the wrong way to market the product but that fact still remains that they have a good product and probably felt the need to get the word on their product on lets say a less ethical manner, but that's what probably kept the prices down. I say "let bygones be bygones". They have a good product and it's already been proven. Now,......... had it gone the other way around and they praised their product then ended up being pieces of crap and they didn't respond on returns or technical service, yeah, shame on you Ultra-gauge. But...........that didn't happen.

It wouldn't shut off with my truck. Tested it on my parents' BMWs and it worked fine. The company told me they'd inspect it and send me a new one if they find a problem with it. If not, then they said they'll refund me my money. I'm perfectly fine with them refunding my money though...

Would be fine by me. I drove my dad's 05 325i a bit before/after I washed and waxed it and did some other small things. I love that car soooo freaking much. So much fun to drive.

Yeah I love the way my mom's X5 drives. That's a badass vehicle. The only thing that sucks about it is the acceleration pedal/software. It is wayyy too sensitive.

Yeah I noticed that sensitivity with my mom's x5 as well.

Oh and btw, the company is testing the ultragauge that I shipped back...just got the notice.
