So they want to test it before they decide to give you a refund? Could you just request a refund and be done with it? Who is paying for the shipping back and forth? How many questions can i fit into one post?

They paid for the shipping label. They are testing it, regardless. They are suppose to contact me and let me know what I'd like to do (refund or new unit shipped back to me). I'm pretty sure it's my truck that's the issue. If it was the actual unit, it would have shown the issue when I tested it on the BMWs....
