That V8 helps... Everytime I drive the Laundry Fairy's LX, I have to slow down, wish I had 403hp in my Taco, that thing rides nice and I forget I'm going faster than what I used too.

No, that's my parents' house. Lease is up on my apartment and I need somewhere to crash until I close on a house. Heard back today that I didn't get the house I offered on Friday. Going to look at two more tomorrow.

Yeah, there were several. Two people offered over asking.

I offered full asking and to pay closing. As well as renting the house to them for 30 days after closing for $1200 while they made arrangements to move. I wasn't crazy about the neighborhood it was in anyway. Nice house and lot though. Not worth more than what they were asking in my opinion. It was already on the high side of what it was worth.

Reminds of this girl I know who moved to the bay area back in 01. House for sale for $575k(1100 sq ft fixer upper.. aluminum wiring), she bid $625k and was out bit by $75k. She said I should move there.. fuck no.

V8 in a new 4r is probably the only thing that would make me get rid of my current 5th gen.
