Hopefully next weekend it will be a short bed too, Gonna bob 12" out of the rear. Would have done it this past weekend but it just wasn't going to happen with flux core so I'll be getting a small tank next weekend and do it then.

I agree, I need to get off my ass and get my tires remounted on my blk steelies, start/finish my grill and then do something about the rear bumper and all my chrome will be gone too.

Slightly relocated for longer springs and the bolts just weren't keeping it fixed
Instead of trying to do a real bob, why don't you just replace the ass end of your truck with steel?Trimmed some fat off the tacomas ass this past weekend
Chop the bed sides back to where you want them, then trace the outline with tube and built a tire gate.
