What have you done to your ride lately?

I just looked through all the pics and I can't see how it's mounted in the front, but I know for sure it's not bolted to the bottom or the frame on the sides. I wasn't running the side braces on mine for a while and once I put them on I know they will secure the bumper during impact or with a pulling force on it for sure. The rear bolt is beefy as well as the backing washers (4" round 3/16" plate) going through both sides of the frame I'm pretty sure it's about as strong as they could make it.

Destructive testing tells the tale! :o

Yeah, he showed up at the Superstition meet I went to and he was gone in short order. It certainly looked clean!

So it's got (2) bolts on each side and (8) in the front for the (10) total? I don't know why they stop it short and don't wrap the lower OE steel. The lower bolts on mine made adjusting it by myself super easy. I guess they wanna keep the OE transport hooks but they are worth crap anyway and once you get the bumper on you have (2) beefy shackle points.

Relentless has (2) on the bottom, (2) in the front, and (3) on each side for (10) total.

Come on guys, having an extra piece bolted to the fram is alwaYs a good idea. Most of those bumpers don't have near enough.

If that bracket is anything like my 2nd gen Taco then the ends are removable and that bolt and bracket is just about useless. I do not have any clue about a 4r though.

I look at is purely a rotational force 'support' with that it has leverage advantage to keep the bumper from rotating around the bulk of the mounting points.
