I remeber seeing a company a while back that was producing the quarter inch spacers with a hub centric ring in them like the spidertrax I'll have to look it up again.

Thats very very cool! I want to do something similar to mine. Maybe a little bit lower.. but not much. Once I get Clyde done (suspension, fuel cell and t-case gears) I'll then focus on making the Taco more Expo than Mall'O.

Sherwin Williams Industrial primer and acrylic paint. Ill grab the actual product names tonight when I get home. It is what my UNION neibor uses on handrails in high traffic areas and it's rated for institutions and industrial applications. I'm just hoping it is better then crappy Rustoliuem bedliner I used on my Avid bar in spring that was chipping weeks later.

hahaha...I actually am a project manager/estimator for a union company. Have you ever had to estimate how long it takes a union guy to get a job done? Pretty fun shit...like watching 7 day paint dry.

I know you guys aren't too big of fans of All-Pro but they have started on a rack system for the first Gen, and it looks really good and is modular. Might give you some ideas
