I bought a glovebox organizer. Exciting stuff!

That'll come in handy on the trails for sure. I have one of them and I actually do like it, keeps shit from rollin around in there and I can almost actually find stuff now.

7. The real hassle was figuring out how to open it! The cables were about $40 for all three so I was somewhat relieved.

. Now to fix the heat. I have been putting it off - the a/c is cold but I don't need that in the winter (as much). $129 valve - just ordered. As much as this car is getting old (2004), it is still a blast to drive.

Yeah I bet it is. My mom's 2004 X5 is still an awesome car in great condition with a 100k+ miles on it.

Although I did not have the time to rebuild them myself, I had all four shocks rebuilt and just finished installing them with 700 lbs springs. Love the ride so far but I have a 7 day desert romp to My Mecca that I will be doing in the next few days.

Yes. I had DC Services rebuilt them. I rebuilt them the first time after Sonny from DSMS gave me a proper shim stack. All Pro had no idea why I would want to change what they sold me. THEY SOLD ME SHOCKS VALVED and MADE for an FJCruiser.
