What have you done to your ride lately?

Its for more than just a bed cage. I plan to buy some more sometime soon to start on the trail rig. :)

Gotcha! Man I have missed wheeling and wrenching. Work and LSAT studying has been keeping me busy as shit. Test is the 8th though so I will have some time for fun after that.

I've had the same crappy luck with the aftermarket lights. I don't know if sillycone is the best but those fuckers I bought fogged up on the first humid day. I may put my oem ones back on and do the recall deal! lol

He's referring to the inside fogging I believe.

Hoping to install my new Dakars this morning. :). Oh yeah, going to clean up all the rust (from 70 mph stones) and replace my driveshaft with a new one. Thank God for factory race spares :) - only problem was that it was for a manual Trans so I had to have it shortened (insert comment here).

So you are going to short stroke your manual shaft?

Added some lights to the trail rig. Had to bypass the relay to test them out. Just some cheapo Amazon led's. But I'll swap in a new relay this weekend so the switch works.

No but after I shortened it I tried to add it to mine. :)

Nice.

One other thing. I figured the Dakar's would have saged a bit. Only 3/8" difference in ht. I guess they were not all pro quality! lol Anywho, I thought they would have sagged more. I'm hoping Tardwhirl will give me more than half of what I paid for the new ones. Has anyone ever run the extra ARB leafs?

I have the Dakar extra leaf. d29. Or something like that. No sag.

I'm not sure if I want to put it in. I'm already at 39" with the RTT on. How do you install it?

You just take apart the leaf pack by taking out the center pin, slide it in, then tighten it back down. I used C clamps to pull them back together.

Add another 3/4"-1" of lift with the extra leaf. I have it and love it.
