My spindles where not bent. The gussets just didn't line up. They say that they need some grinding to fit, but it was more than I thought it would need. Only $60? Is that per side? IIRC mine where about $120.. but I'm getting old and suffer from CRS (can't remember shit)

<lucky son of a bitch> I have bee konwn to soar through the whoops at time and I still have not installed the Chinese Hemet made ones that were given to me. I think I am one of the most stupid guys on here. I have been out wheeling with 3 guys that have done the same stuff I was doing (was leading one of the groups) and have bent a spindle. It is one reason that I'm not doing snow runs this year (and I don't mean donut runs - talking about crawling stuff with snow).
Well I smacked the shit out of my alignment on a wooped out hill climb Saturday and I figure I have some time on my hands + its getting warm out so nows the time to reinforce my LCA and spindle. If I go on long road trips to meets this summer I do not want to have to rent a U-haul truck/trailer and tow my baby back 9 hours. I figure a couple hundred in materials should keep my front end protected pretty good.
