tacked the nut onto the bottom of the standoff, and theres enough room through the top of the flip plate into the standoff so the pin from the leaves wont contact.

The bumps are removeable from the bracket....

I wanted mine slightly taller than the super hard stock ones, but because the wheelers bumps are such a large diameter i kept the standoff so they arent bottomed to the u-bolt flip...pics when mounted on the truck to follow.

I take it that those are the Wheeler's rear? I have Timbrens in back and Wheelers up front. I like the wheelers up front!!!

Got my package from TC today.

If anyone has issues and needs new 1" stainless uniballs for 05+ Tacoma TC UCA's they are manufactured by F.K. Bearings Part # WSSX16T. I did a quick search on the web and TC's pricing is comparable, but you may be able to find a deal on them.

That's some good info

Figured if anyone could find them cheaper they could have at it.

Here is a pic

New HD TC spindle gussets

New TC spindle gussets for 05+ Tacoma (retaining the sway bar)
TC now offers a new HD spindle design. It is not in their current paper catalog and was just added to their website last week. The new design offers thicker steel and what would seem to be a stronger overall design compared to their old 1/8" thick gusset. It allows you to retain the sway bar if you choose to (1-1/4" spacers required with stock rims). I am not running a sway bar, but this design is supposed to be superior to the old design so I chose it.

From TC's website:
05+ Tacoma Prerunner/4wd, 03-09 4Runner & FJ Cruiser Weld on Spindle Gussets
Eliminate a bent factory spindle on the trail caused by hard impacts on your FJ Cruiser, 05+ Tacoma , or 03-09 4Runner by installing a pair of TOTAL CHAOS weld on spindle gussets! Several factory Toyota race teams and recreational enthusiasts using these model platforms have damaged the factory spindles while venturing off road. TC now offers a weld on 1/8” laser cut spindle gusset intended to reinforce the spindles where they bend. These gussets can be installed with aftermarket UCA’s or long travel suspension systems and are not compatible with stock upper control arms.

PT# - 59698-SB (Sway-Bar Retained) *When using factory wheels, +1.25" wheel spacers are required.
Price: $60.00 pr.

I went "Green". Replaced all the air in the tires with cow farts. For those of you who might want to do this mod, be sure not to overfill the tires. When you have to bleed off air it does stink like... well like cow shit.

Its just not that practical to carry on the trails like a Powertank or a compressor.

The welds on the TC skids are just about the best welds I have ever seen. The GD spacers are making me rub like crazy now. Gotta trim the flaps then stuff the tires and see if I can make it work or if Ill need to trim some more or remove them all together. Problem is I used structural silicone to attach them so they aren't going to come off easy or clean. If I have to remove them I think I might paint my fenders black. The flaps have rubbed through the white paint and my fenders are scratched to shit anyways.

Those look very nice

Thanks - Not for long. My stock LCA's have a good deal of dings on them. I just wanna be 1/2 way safe in the rocks.

It's my old bed light bar and that was primer. I'm selling it since I installed my tool box and figured I would sand it down and paint it.
