What have you done to your ride lately?

Its 15% gain in MPG. On a vehicle I plan to keep until the wheels fall off, its a no-brainer.

I can't get over how bad your MPG's are. Did you see any increase in efficiency from the snorkel? Right now I'm at a gain of 1.9331 mpg. Was at 13.5666 and now I'm at 15.4997.

Changed out my oil pressure gage. Also figured how to calibrate it so it don't flash at 40 psi, set it down to 25 instead. I also went and drove around the dirt roads in 2/4 wheel to listen to the rear end, sounds to me that the locker is just popping and its does not sound like anythings broke, it don't do it at all in 4wheel.

Sounds like a good reason to call ECGS and get a couple 3rd's with ARB's. :)

All joking aside, that sucks Keith. But pull it apart before something explodes and it gets $$. Mine made a slight whining for just a couple days before the pinion let loose this last time around. Probably nothing I could have done about it. But maybe you'll see whats up. Do you have your stock sun gears?

Been thinking about the Mancessory with it's welded spools and having to trailer it... You can beleive I have been thinking how pricey a conversation with Chase could be right now!!!! :D :(

Hell I hope there is nothing really wrong in the diff, if so it's at least half my fault. I am gun ho to pull your 3rd and check it out, just worried that I may have botched the install.

The brick doesn't match, I'm sure you know that already....I just felt like being a dick. Sorry.

On a side note that is a nice lawn.

Bad ass man. Please post more pics when done. I havent started on my build yet, but would like a bit of direction.

What are the specs on the materials used?
Mounting points, how many?

Comments before I burn into place. Thinks it's high enough. I'm a little disappointed on the ato structure. I have to beef it as I got a flex coming from the bumper structure.

I would move the tire to the hinge side for better weight distribution and less of a blind spot for passing. It's also great on that side if someones on your ass at night so you can block their lights by moving onto the shoulders side of the road.

Speaking of which I just cracked the weld on my hinge a couple weeks ago.

bottom is still ok

Looks plenty high to me. Its not even close to the departure angle. It doesn't look like a full size spare will be either. What are you using for the hinge and the latch?

PD3, how deep is that winch mounting plate? 9"-10" or so?

Broker, I personally would put the tire on the passenger side too for weight distribution since we are already so left heavy but that's just my preference.

x3, I would put that tire on the passenger side. Not only for weight distro, but to limit the stress on that hinge. Hanging 100 pounds off a 4' section of tubing puts a shitload of stress on that hinge.
