The goal is the brisket is lunch on Tuesday. This evening I trimmed and the rub on it. I am going to use a 50/50 mix on the pellet smoker of a standard blend and mesquite.

I'm sure someone on here hates pineapple on pizza, , not us.
We traveled 35min to get pizza. @Anathollo this place is 30 min N of Alice. Great pizza.
