Wiring Lights to 3 Way Rocker Switch

Anyone have a diagram for wiring bedlights to a 3 way rocker switch? I plan on using the Carling switch (http://otrattw.com/proddetail.php?prod=VJDAD66B-AFC77-18B). Up will be one light, middle will be off, and down will be both lights. I've done some Googling but all I get is 3 way switch diagrams for ceiling fans with two different switches.

What kind of switch is it DPDT?

Yeah it's DPDT.

Back looks something like this?

- - Connect one of these to the light you want to turn on by itself
- - Connect Your power source to these poles
- - Connect each of these to a light

Only mostly sure about this, not certain

If you ever have any doubts about how a switch works, just test it with a multimeter. To check to connectivity set to Ohmmeter (Ω). 0Ω is a connection.

Also, you probably want to use relays (if you weren't planning on it already) so you don't burn down your truck running high amperage through your switch.
