I've just never heard anyone say anything good about AP leafs. Maybe they have turned a new leaf. If you want some custom leafs and don't want Deavers, how about Alcans? Built to your specs. I take it you are looking into something more for a "go fast" application?

I'm about to give up on TW. Lol nothing but people that puff their chest behind the computer screen over there

Not necessarily. I'm looking for an all terrain rig. From mild speeds on the beaches to trails in the backwoods. So I need something that can handle both terrains

I would recommend Dakars. Had mine for 4+ years... no sag. Hauls anything I want. Good flex. No complaints.

Dakars? Really? Never heard a single bad thing. MANY people on this site run them and I've never heard anyone complain.

Just a FYI: You can get the Dakars at 4WP. No shipping and they'll usually have them the next day.

What do you recommend? Everyone I talked to says deavers sag Quickly

The Deaver folks are some of the best in the buisness. Deavers sag? Couldn't be anywhere near my 12 month sag of the springs you are contemplating.

I don't think I would buy anything else for my truck unless I do the LT 18-20" shock deal in the back... then I would stop by Deaver and have them build me a pack! :)

Sean is giving you some of the best collective advice on here. Where do you live?

Well I'm taking it all in! Lol I'm looking up dakars right now actually.
Getting some custom made sounds expensive :(.
And my location is pretty much Houston Tx lol. I live about 90 miles west From Houston

If you want all around I would go with the Dakars. If I am a test platform (and I know I am!!! lol), Dakars are great. I have only heard of one failure and that was a guy following me 100 mph down a desert road in Death Valley. He hit a rock about the size of a transfer case. Split the rim in half and broke the front eye on the spring. We patched him up enough to drive home about 300 miles away. They are a bargain for the relative quality. And you are right about the custom Deaver pack - They use US steel and US labor. Not cheap.

The standard AP's arn't that great, but I love the Expo springs, just be ready for 4+" of lift.
