Its a piece of plastic, how bad could it be

Is it ironic that if you remove every other letter from PROCOMP you get POOP?
True. I have a POOP suspension on Clyde (came on it).. while its functional... its STIFF and it does not flex as well as I'd like it to. But hey, it was sorta free so I can't complain too much. I can't wait to pull it all and put some nice soft Marlin leafs with some Fox shocks under it.
But I can't see anything wrong with a POOP light cover.. unless it says POOP on it.![]()
WTF is a RUF? I've heard the term several times & I am thinking leaf spring. Never paid much a mind to search it because I have always planned on 63" chevy's for the rear. I guess I should look into it to make an informed decision.
Hence the spray paint
But seriously nothing wrong with procomp springs and shocks you just have springs that are too short (need RUFs) procomp shocks work OK like I've always said a shitty shock with proper valving for the app will outperform a highdollar good shock with improper valving for the app. Good (long) procomp springs plus promomp shocks should have nothing wrong with them.
An RUF pack is refering to a solid axle application using a toyota rear leaf pack up front. The leafs are significantly longer than standard toyota leaves and offer much move flex than the standard 47" front leaf pack. Not really an IFS application but there you go for the explanation.
RUF = Just the way your mother likes it Trebek.
makes sense, now
fox shocks worth it or can you get the same valveing from rancho, procomp, or bilstein?
if valveing is the same why pay more? same length, and travel. money= longevity?
Fox are rebuildable.
