Damn! That looks good! X2 to the bob. Just make sure you can still fit a fullsize cooler in the back of the partywagon! :)

Of course there will be room for a good sized cooler

Screw that!!! That's what Rich's trailer is for!!! lol

Anybody know of a good link or how to cut fenders? Looks like I can cut about 3/4" out of the rear but anymore than that I have to do some inner wheel well work. No limits in the front except the bottom corner where the tires rub.

And here is a pic of the pretty (less dented) side

Not hard to cut, it's just taking care of the gap that's left. There's some suggestions on how to take care of it in BoomTaco's build thread. Just weld the 2 together nice and sloppy, then cover the edge with some trim.

Preferably gold. :)

I am envisioning something to armor the fenders also, like some thicker sheet metal or angle iron, maybe even a round bar, just something to help the fender wells not cave in so easy. I do like the idea of cutting the slits and bending the tabs in, but I am not sure I will get enough clearance that way.

did some fender trimming today. I think it came out pretty good. Only cut the back side of the front fenders, I am positive that's all I need to make the front tires clear. It was extremely hot out and I was lucky to get the front done. I used the slit and bend method, it worked very well. I pulled some leaves out of the All poo packs and the ride height is much better, Cant road test until tomorrow because I am watching the kids tonight, but I can tell its much softer. I will cut the rear fender tomorrow but thaey are going to be a little more tricky than the fronts where.

Looks good. Almost makes me want to trim on mine. At least I know it can look pretty good when it is done right.

I call bullshit.. I say they are gonna come out like shit. lol JK.

Fronts look great Rob. You could always leave the rears and let them self-clearance. :)
