^^ that is a Downey bar from the Tojo man e-bay store. I had a VERY similar Downey bar with full skids on my 2000 Tacoma and it was awesome, alot stronger than it looked. I wonder if he still has the skid that goes with that bar?

Mounted up the spare tire holder so I could measure what I was gonna have to cut out to fit a 34" tire under there. Exhaust is gonna have to get chopped WAY back, and some of the brackets will have to get trimmed. Only one mounting bolt lined up with the holes and It's gonna be kind tough to get the tool up there to raise and lower it, but I think I can make it work.

I really need to come into one of those spare tire holders. I think I can put my spare 33-10.5 under the 4runner..

thats pretty damn close... but driveable. Since you probably won't be airing those things down and wheeling it hard it should be fine. What are your plans for suspension on the ol' Expo rig?

Gotta do Blazeland Long Travel as soon as the Taco sells.

Right now, there's about 1/4" clearance. I don't think I can air down, but it will turn lock to lock without touching.

Does the blazeland kit include new UCA's?

Kinda. The kit is made from modified stock arms with is why it's so awesome cheap. Once I Install it, I can get rid of the ball joint spacers.

Ya know the more I look at the blazeland kit the more I wonder why you couldn't just use T100 UCAs/LCAs/tie rods and knuckle(assuming the knuckle is different). Everything appears to be the same down to the torsion bars.

I just assumed that the T100s used the same Control Arms as the pickups and 4runners and the extra width comes from the frame.

I don't think so, I may do some more looking into it. Can you get a measurement for your stock length control arms just uppers should suffice. They do not carry the same toyota part # but that my be due to arm width not length.

Harness should be on the engine, and if not, It's no big deal. I plan to use a "Mega Squirt" standalone system. It's not plug and play like a stock ecu, but it will be way cheaper, and I'll be able to adjust everything if I install an SC or Turbo.
