Yep. Interview. Just to have you wait 3, 4 or 5 months. The interview is where they ask you the exact same questions that were on the application. Time to privatize the system
Or nationalize Constitutional Carry. I am still looking forward to somebody taking it to the Supreme Court.

Law Enforcent Officers Safety Act
Basically it says cops get to carry concealed nationwide regardless of varying state and local laws.
There are some exceptions like private property refusal, some government buildings, etc.
The coolest part...it counts for retired cops too as long as they keep their Quals current.

Well, it's legitimate for those that understand the 2nd amendment. Just before I took custody of my nephew, he showed me an exam that he had in his Civics class that had the following question and what the NEA thinks the correct answer is.
Q: What is the false interpretation of the 2nd Amendment?
A: That it is an individual's right to bear arms. - The correct interpretation of the 2nd Amendment is that it is only a right for a well regulated militia.

Assembly Bill 156 (McCarty & de Leon) - AB 156, introduced as legislation to combat global warming, now requires the Attorney General to maintain information about ammunition transactions and vendor licenses.
Assembly Bill 857 (Cooper & de Leon) – AB 857, introduced as legislation to reduce greenhouse gases, now serves as a restriction on curios, relics, and home-built firearms.
Assembly Bill 1135 (Levine & Ting) – AB 1135’s introduced as legislation to form the Kings River East Groundwater Sustainability Agency, now serves as a reclassification of certain semi-automatic weapons to assault weapons. With this change any magazine capable of being removed from the firearm without disassembly of the firearm would now be classified as an assault weapon. This includes firearms that require a “tool” to remove the magazine such as rifles equipped with a “bullet button”.

In other news, I picked up an Adams Arms Small Frame .308. It's pretty frickin' badass. BIG firepower in a SMALL package
They took a normal AR upper and lower and stretched the magwell to accommodate 308. Almost everything else is the same as a standard AR-15
It has an adjustable gas piston setup which is perfect for using with a suppressor.

Detectives went door to door asking my neighbors what kind of a guy I was when I was simply changing my address (towns within the same county) on my long arms permit (NJ permit to be able to buy/transport shotguns/rifles). Then I basically had to call out my own chief of police for not signing my card for months once everything came back legit. One of his officers told me he never signs them until people call up bitching. Law gives them 90 days and Ive waited 9 months at times.
That's the third time I have had to do that and my third FBI background check Ive had to pay for.
Doubtful my state allows that. Cops from PA always seem to be on the news getting busted in NJ. Back in the day they banned NY and PA cops from carrying in NJ because they would get drunk and shoot up Atlantic City.

Nice! Now you need one of these if you are running suppressed. It'll quiet it down even further. I have one and it makes a helluva a difference.
