Frack me..
Why am I NOT having the same probs..? Yeah, I blew up my first diff... but it could have just been my Balls out attitude. :D

Oh yeah, I was pretty sure y'all had the same lift. Just knew his was taller
 I dunno..

One thing though, I used to go from Drive to Reverse every morning backing out of the driveway without coming to a complete stop.. and it would "pop" into gear. I think that continually did not help much. I now reverse and go to Nuetral letting it roll to a stop and then throwing it into forward. Does it make a difference? who knows.. but I don't want to buy another diff just yet.

I do this all the time without even thinking about it. I know it can't be good for it but at least if it breaks I have more motivation to regear. I try not to do it though if I can make myself remember not to.

I just saw one on Yotatech.. check their Classifieds, you can find a good deal on one there. The only negative is shipping.

^ the second negative is between buying a house and my wedding I'm strapped for $$. I bought the lunchbox locker cause I knew I would be broke for a while and now that plan has backfired on me

Edit: just checked it out, he's asking $750 but I know I can get them for $550 from the "yota yard"

I don't get it, it has worked great for me!? Well... except for blowing up one ring gear. :p

Did it totally destroy your Ring gear too?

No the ring gear seems fine, the locker just won't stay locked. I can be driving completely straight, keeping my RPM's constant and it will lock/unlock over and over...It's gotta be the driveline but I just don't have the time/money to figure it out. I'll just pull it and sell it if its still in good condition and try to pick up an elocker soon:(

is it the LR1620?
Has any of the TOR folk spoke with lockright on the phone regarding the problems? Seems like it would be easy to fix with a shim or whatever... did yours have shims?
