yeah, just need to find something that's at least a little close. Last place we found (15 acres with a 1/2 acre tank a stream... AWESOME!!) was about a 50 minute drive one way without the traffic. Not to mention the broadband out there was non-existent. Double downer! But yes, her car should help her decompress during the commute.
