Got the air out of the tires. Just pulled the valve cores and let it sit overnight.. slowly all the air escaped. Now to air up the Stauns to 48 PSI and see what it looks like.

I also safety wired my headlights in place. Drilled small holes around the mounting tabs and then ran wire around the adjustment bolts. Hopefully that will prevent headlights from popping out when I need them most.

Well I was told incorrectly which valve stem was the Stauns. Also, I drilled a small hole in each tire and then just used my ARB patch kit. This allowed me to deflate them once it was determined that the wrong stem was being used. Oh well.. its a plug. Not worried about it..this thing never sees highway speeds.

Stauns at 48 PSI, tire at 0.

Stauns at 48 and tire at <unknown>.. somewhere around 7 is my guess. Reason its unknown is that the Stauns is still blocking the valve, I can push air in.. but then it seals it off from checking it.

Nice! I may have more faith in those things!

I read it again. Is everything right yet?

Not really. Tire pressure is good.. sidewall flex looks good. But the Stauns need to be broken down and slide back into place.

Much Mo Betta. I was begining to think those tires where just to stiff to flex under the weight of the truck

She is a cutie Sean. Do you have the parts to fix your front hub. I might have stumbled onto some hub parts

Thanks Chris. But I think I'm going to go flanges once I get back from Hawaii. I'll be ordering TG ARP hub studs, a new outer flange and a set of Longfield chromo flanges.

I'll also be upgrading to PSC hydro assist and building a 3/4" heim steering setup using Sky's billet pitman arm.

Longfields for the warranty huh?

??? I doubt I'd break TG's chromo flanges (they have the same warranty) but I'd just prefer to have Longs. I also need to invest in Marlins chromo t-case outers F&R... as well as two sets of t-case gaskets.

That only applies to the hub gears.

Yeah I didn't see a warranty for the Longfield flanges. TG states a lifetime no questions asked warranty. Hmm. I highly doubt I'd break either unless I drop in a bigger motor.
