LOL, how is the welding coming along? I'm not really getting any better are you? Need to get a good practice in with Todd for some pointers.

Not really.. I discovered that welding upside down is NOT a strong point for me. LOL.. I just use up more grinder wheels than the normal person. But its really only the second day. One thing that is bothering me is that my welder is "pulsing" the wire out.. not a steady feed. Not sure whats the issue. I've been dicking with it a little, but I don't know what it is.

Make sure your line is laying with out any tight curves in it, that will cause that to happen.

Since we installed the ARB locker and RCV axles last week I never hooked up the air lines or solenoids. So I remedied that.. just need to get a switch to control it all.

Solenoids off

On.. set at 80 PSI for now. I can adjust as needed. I tested it out with another pressure gauge before hooking up the locker to ensure only 80 PSI made it past the regulator and it does.

Ran 1/4 poly air line from a free bung on my tank in the rear, then cut to length.

Yeah, I don't think so. My buddy used to build air powered robotic machines that used nail guns and built all kinds of crap... he said I would be ok without a second tank. I installed that solenoid you gave me before the pressure regulator though, just to keep 150 PSI from being sent to it at all times. I'll only engage it when I engage the locker. Might be redundant but I feel a little better about it.

That's probably a good idea. I really like that there's a gauge on the pressure switch.

Did you ever have and issue with tire rub with your 285's? I know you have a little extra clearance because of the bumper so it may have not been that big of a deal. If not, have you heard of anyone having problems? I've got the spidertrax 1.25" spacers and a 3" toytec coilover lift so i was thinking it would work. The rubbing is only when i have the wheel cut pretty hard and hit a bump like pulling into a driveway for example.

I did have rubbing issues. I had to cut back my cab mount to eliminate it. Where is it rubbing on yours?
