I need to tighten it up but I never really talk about myself - just accomplishments.
Below's what I have for my old job and I need to tweak it for sure. I did much more than whats listed. They had nothing when I got there - I got to start from scratch. I wrote every warranty, spec, and install doc myself then figured out the production side of things and all processes/paperwork/data entry systems for coordination with my warehouse guys + hiring and firing them, all while supporting other depts.

Coordination of entrance projects throughout their lifecycle including: design, safety (ADA/Egress/Basic Engineering/Fire/Seismic/Windloads), estimating, direct to market sales, sales representative training and support, material acquisition, accounts payable/receivable, customer service, value engineering, domestic/international shipping logistics, inventory control, and basic overall production management. Responsibilities included employee and customer training to support product procurement, fabrication, assembly, installation, and maintenance."
