Thought I needed parts for my ice maker. Nope. About a month ago I had to replace the water control solenoid manifold since the water dispenser would sometimes drip all night. Turns out the water level in the icemaker had to be adjusted since the ice was attaching itself to the 'harvester.' Ice makers are a bit more complicated than I thought. They have a heater to allow the harvester to slip those nice cubes out of the tray.

This is exactly how I rationalize buying tools.

Tore out an old brick oven/fireplace at one of my rent houses. I just pushed it over, no sledgehammer required. thing was a lawsuit waiting to happen.
Also spent an hour weed eating and digging out the walkway to the backdoor at the same rent house. Looks so much better.

Hung up 2in blinds in the garage , and bought 4.5 sections(32ft x 48in Deep x 10ft tall) of commercial grade pallet racks

Pallet Racks are great if you have the space.

Regrouted and sealed a kitchen sink and countertop at one of my parents rent houses. Installed a new prehung door on my parents other rental's garage. Also replaced a bunch of rotting wood boards around the garage as well.

My parents took over half of a 2 car garage for their garden tools. That means my stepdad and I will have more room for shop toys and tools.

2.5 of the sections(20ft) will have the cage front, I cant pick them up until the store closes next month.
