if its for the kitchen, it might be cheaper to upgrade the whole fixture that has LED already, the flood LED lights are bit goofy, the lights I replaced had floodlight type bulbs in them, the 6in cans were already there so it was a fairly easy to remove and replace.
I probably got another 30 to 40 bulbs to replace from the formal dinning room, hall ways, bathrooms etc.. to finish up and convert to LED

no not at all, just his beer stories ehh
I just put in 2 LED can lights in my rent house when I was remodeling it. I like the light output a lot more than I thought I would. It wasn't as harsh as past LED lights.

I replace any light in my house that goes out with LED's. I recently bought some off Amazon a (2 pack) of the flood lights that go into the cans. Its a very white light, they called it Daylight but I don't so much care for it. However it's very bright and my wife likes it (its above the island and makes working their easier) but I don't care for it. Next time I'll try the soft white.

I still have about six of the 4in size recessed can lights in the kitchen and I'm just going to take inventory of the remaining lights throughout and replace them all soon as the LEDs go back on sale

Denon installed, I would say the quality of the Onkyo is better due heavier lugs and nicer plug ins, overall weighs about 6lbs more, the Onkyo is just behind on smart technology. I'll probably upgrade the Denon later after I add a ton of outdoor speakers, preamp and add outdoor wireless speakers at the gazebo/jacuzzi

I have had it for a few years. It's incredible. I have it in a 7.1 setup with all Def Tech speakers and a total of 4 powered subs. Each 7001 tower has a powered 12", the center has a powered 8 and I have another separate powered 12". It's stupid loud.

The media room is pretty equivalent to the stereo in the Taco. When I crank it full tilt boogie most people will walk out... its just too loud. But its ultra crisp as well. Definitive Technology BP7001's, CLR2500, StudioMonitor 350's and 450's and a powered 12".. forgot the model number. I want to replace it with a new Def Tech Supercube 8000. Then it would REALLY be overkill.. probably need to upgrade the fusebox for it.
