I've got this grinder "tree" that I built (holds 4 various grinders/sanders on a stand) and the Grizzly grinders SUCK.. well mainly the little one!! I replaced one with a Porter Cable which I like.. but the little Grizzly is a complete POS and plan to replace. Looking for options.

I tested this one out today and so far super happy with it, no vibes and plenty of power. I had a shitty craftsman one bolted to a bench prior to this and got tired of dealing with the bogging down. Plus it was only a 6" wheel so it seemed I was constantly replacing wheels on it or they got too small to be useful really fast.

No, you need this tv:
I've installed one of those as well. Trust me when I say that you do NOT need it. It's just a proof of concept from LG and nothing more. You are stuck using their shitty sound system just to make the TV work. The first one of the of box was broken (the customer was one of the first to receive one) and it took LG 3 months to send a new one. They are also a PIA to install.

I had to blur out the research stuff around the TV.

Still cleaning the garage.. wife is out of town this week so that means my time in the garage to clean is very limited.

I'd much rather get into commercial property than houses. You make more money for your time (even if the property sits for a year).
Speaking of which, Toyota just sold their CA campus - helipads, swimming pool, data center and emergency power - 110 AC, 8,000 parking spaces, and 2 million sq ft of office and industrial for ~$150,000,000 - to me, that seems cheap. Too bad I don't have 150 friends that want to go in on a little annuity!

It's supposed to be a quenching bucket for if there is hot metal when you grind it but a beer holder is the first thing that came to my mind too lmao

Finally got around to mounting my stop light. Used some left over tube I had from a previous bedrack project.

I always use the family trailer as a paint booth. I figure any extra spray paint getting on the wood or metal of the trailer to keep it from rusting/swelling is a plus!

Thanks, it's the JBG-8A. I may swap out the rough grinding stone for a wire wheel at some point but so far I'm happy with it. 1HP motor so it should be plenty strong for what I'll be using it for.
Do et! It's great to have a wire wheel on hand.

Gunite truck showed up at 7:20 or so this morning. So much for sleeping in... but I'll take it.

Put down the grey Rustoleum epoxy in the new garage. Learned some things putting it down. Wish I could have practiced on someone else's garage first, but happy with it overall

How long do you have to wait with the Rustoleum stuff? I did EpoxyCoat brand on mine and was able to drive on it in 24 hours. Wish I would have done the clearcoat on top of it as well... mine has lifted where the truck tires are at.

Instructions call for 3 days to drive on. Light foot traffic after 24 hours.

I went with the cheaper water based epoxy though. The more expensive stuff is drive on after 24 hours and supposed to last longer. Also 3x the cost.

The epoxy was more $$ and I hoped it would last longer. But the truck tires fuck it up. Car tires are fine... even did a burn out on it once to see how it held up... fine. But a hot truck tire.. no love.
