That sucks the construction tards are that bad. It may only be water but its still trespassing and stealing.
I want to rework some of the space in my garage to be more usable and looking for input. What to use, design, peg board back, no back, metal top or carpet top. Never built anything like this so not sure the best way to approach it. Picture of the space for reference. I am wanting to build a new work bench from the left of the current work bench down to the shelves but I am okay with removing the shelves on the right to make more work space.
Goals are to make the top of the bench high enough to fit another rolling tool box or 2 under it, trash can, and a taller stool.
Between the vice and shelves is 92" wide. If the shelves are removed I would about 137" of space. I need to keep it about 22-24" deep so there is still enough room for the wife's vehicle.
I want to add a TV to the wall in this spot as well so the wire shelf and deer heads need to come down.
Sprinkler control will probably also get relocated.
FYI, I am relocating the air compressor to a closet off the back of my man cave in the back yard and the air line will enter on this wall down at the bottom behind the red tool box.

Thanks. I will check it out.Check out Wall Control.. I think that is what its called. I have a bunch of it and its awesome. All steel. lots of customizable pieces.
I spoke to the VP of Construction for the company that is building the house nextdoor. I was telling him the whole story from the beginning. He said that old construction supervisor is no longer with the company. I said they were better off without him. Anyhow, he assured me that there would be no more trespassing on my property by the subcontractors or anyone.
Made a little progress yesterday. Removed the deer heads and shelf from the wall. Painted the wall and relocated the sprinkler control. I think before I start building a new work bench I am going to get a new deep freezer to fit in the laundry room so I have a little more space to fit everything in the garage while I get the bench built.I want to rework some of the space in my garage to be more usable and looking for input. Sugar doesn't dissolve in gas or diesel. A water bottle in the gas tank will do just fine. Sugar is obvious sabotage. Water not so much.Oh I was SOOO close to calling the cops. And yes the sugar gas was in my mind last night when they left the mini excavator out. But I am not going to do that. If they step foot over here again I will fuck someone up though.

People buy bad gas/fuel all the time.
It'll happen again. I hate residential subcontractors. Always the bottom of the barrel workers.I spoke to the VP of Construction for the company that is building the house nextdoor. Be sure to send them the bill.. Those home warranty people are fucksuckers to deal with... they try really really hard not to pay out a fucking dime.
