Not really any clearing. The high school baseball is a few backyards over and they just finished building a huge gym and indoor pool.
Also the neighbor got a dog a few months back and no idea if they leave food out in the backyard.

Well its super close to my house. Not sure if that being built is causing more rodents but I do not like them.

Soon after the new schools go up, HUD housing and apartments appear.

It's an existing high school that just did a big new gym and indoor pool. It's an established area with only a handful of new homes being built near by. I think there is a street with about 10 homes going up and they are starting in the $500k range.

Yea AISD bought the property in August of 73 and plated it in March of 79. I might be able to find the engineering plans and get you a time frame of when it was first built. Like all of the AISD HS its been added on to many times. I'm not sure if the construction had anything to do with your propblem or not. If I remember right the new constitution was where some practice fields were. I would say it's more likely the creeks in the area drying up and everything is out looking for water.
