Well good luck, I had the same vise from Home Depot. It cracked.. granted it was probably 2 years later. But its first 23 months was pretty low-key... "hey you,... yeah you in the blue... hold this.. hold it tight... thank you."But it cracked when I started to really use it. It's made from a cast metal which I'm told can be welded with the proper rod and technique. None of which I possessed.

Flea market for vice! I got mine which is just like Seans for $30 , then some time last year, we found a Japanese made Craftsman from the 60's for $40 for my BIL.

Wish I knew CAD, lucky someone else posted the info online, so I took all the measurement, makes it tons easier to just work off of. Found a nice write up, 14pages or so!

I'm a big fan of Gear Wrenches. I had had zero issues with them plus they feel good in your hand.
