Fuck you Randy. Don't say that shit. You just want me to buy that axle from you.

Just make sure you torque the crap out of the bolts maybe even pull all of them and replace with with some 12.9 grade metric hardware though I don't even know where you would get that strong of a bolt.

I really need to wash mine.. its nasty! I used to take much better care of it really. :)

Ha same here. I don't mind the scratches but I don't want to prematurely wear out my seals if it takes a little effort to do some preventative maintenance.

Truck's back together and driving good so far. But I think my Dakars are shot. Gonna throw an AAL in em and see if that helps but I don't think it will.

So my exhaust manifold on the trail rig has a slight crack in it (down between where the tubes come together) and I need to patch it up. Thought about welding it up but its pretty thin.. then I thought about some exhaust repair putty. Looked on Amazon and they have it. Lucky for me it usually ships in the next 11-12 MONTHS!

Nah I didn't wear them out. I ruined them. Towing it to and from Jamvo, I didn't have any axle straps so I threw a come along over the frame rails and cranked it down. I knew it would be bad for the leafs but didn't think it would completely fuck them driver side is now perfectly flat and passenger side is slightly negged. I have a feeling the AAL won't do shit and I'll end up with new leafs. But the AAL will have to get me by until I get the money. Ass end sits about 1.5" lower than it did before Jambo.

I did two things that I planned on - changed the oil and dripped the rear bumper.

I also found out I have two lights out - one license plate and rear passenger running light. So off to Wally World I go.

Email them. When my driver side started sagging, I just emailed the company, and they sent me 2 brand new ones.

Axle straps are worth the small investment. Got mine at Northern Tool.

Yeah I will definitely be getting some before the next time I tow the truck. Also maybe a car hauler. That little 16' utility trailer sucks the big one for hauling my truck.

Also got the exhaust manifold welded up. I tried to weld it first and blew a couple holes in it... turned down the heat and managed to weld it up.

How to eat an elephant. Bite by bite. :). Still need to swap out the bushings in the front of the rear leafs. They are GONE! Just a bolt holding them in.
