What have you done to your ride lately?

It think I found my challenge - my frigging multi-input battery terminal. Looks like one of the termination points wasn't tight. Then I had the fridge on without knowing it. My second battery was down to 11.4 volts or thereabouts and never got an opportunity to be fully charged since I haven't been driving the truck much lately.

You and Aaron buying this new swanky Icon stuff isn't helping my urge to lift the Runner...

I had my reasons for getting swanky stuff which I'll type up later on a computer. You should at least break in your brand new suspension lol Yalls 4runners make me jelly.

How did I miss that fapping material? SEXY!!! I was thinking about buying some of those off a TW guy recently but I always wonder how many more rebuilds I can get out of my foxes. My housings look like something off of a 1956 tractor right about now but since Sonny from DSMS gave me a good shim stack, I feel there is no sense in me replacing them until I hose a body! lol

I didn't want to bother rebuilding them. I never really liked they way they rode. I kinda feel like Tacoma's with a lot of armor should be running 2.5" shocks and stock tacos should run 2.0's.

Well, out of the box - fox shocks suck! But with a good tune they work just fine. Icon does so much better at making their shock ready for the general population. My problem with them at first was that I bought them from AP. When I asked them about the valving they basically thought I was a nut. Well first off they were intended for an FJ but their sales staff was more about pushing numbers than the right shock for the application. Sonny at DSMS hooked me up with a great shim stack that made my truck feel like a tuned trophy truck! lol Okay maybe not a trophy truck, but for the amount of travel that shock has, it made it feel very plush. I've rebuilt them 3 time and for the price of seal kit and oil, they have held up pretty well, other than the sandblasting they've received on the outside.

I installed the new third member I got from Blake with 4.10 gears and ARB. 1GR with 4.10s and 31" tires hauls ass, lol

On the FJ? Where did you find 4.10 gears?

DSM built these rears for me and asked what I did with the truck so they could valve them to what I needed. I just think if you wheel or tow, you need 2.5 shocks as the 2.0's just don't hold up that well. If you DD and take it easy then 2.0 are just fine.

IMO they are the Source. :)

Nice to to have a truck that takes 33s with a stock suspension :)

I just need to remove the mud flaps and I'll have zero rubbing
