Funny you should say that. I was on their site checking it out after you told me about their axle U bolt flip kits and I saw them. They look like a great design. Any drawbacks of the axle floating around like that? Maybe axle wrap or similar in soft sand and snow....?

yep you can get the gas tank skid, just make sure to have a 2nd set of hands for the install. I managed but was a PITA!

How the hell did you get gouges in your tank skid? Sand doesn't gouge! You must have kicked up a tortoise off-trail in Wharton to get gouges...

Maybe, but I doubt it. it might be a little looser at high speed though

I don't have a tank skid. Next time I'm under there Ill grab a pic. The whole front edge is scratched to crap and a couple are deeper then I would like to see. Gotta remember I also dinged the shit out of my cross member or should I say ripped my cross member. Gonna put the skids on this weekend with a spacer due to lack of funds for URD/DT Y pipe or a good cheap exhaust shop for a re-route.

same here, I got a skid from metal miller that I need to install. I left it at Robs house, better grab it before it ends up on the creampuff...

Installed the vehicle dock for my phone and got it wired up. Not quite like I wanted it but it looks pretty clean and took a hell of a lot less time/work this way. Snapped my positive battery terminal in half trying to get it off. Been trying to replace it for the last hour but the damn bolts aren't budging. Looks like they're rusted on there.
