can i use a 97 ecu? from a man? or does it have to be a 98?

will a hire harness work from a 96-97-99?

the harness i have seen both sides saying yes, the ecu the same on yotatech... most just say to use the same year but with no evidence?

he has a 2002 harness and ecu from a manual truck he will sell me but i doubt they will work?
anywhere besides ORS to get a aftermarket harness?

The problem is that it's inconsistent and has alot to do with which factory the vehicle was assembled in.
