Sure Keith, you are more than welcome to come along for the ride.
You can save a litte $ and go with 5/8th's heims as well http://www.ruffstuffspecialties.com/catalog/3-4-link-bracket-stuff-heims-58-heim-stuff-c-37_40.html
Which 35's did you go with again? How much lift do you think you'll get from those 63's?
I need to get the tires from Boom this week & have them mounted & balanced, but the next $100 I get to spend on the creampuff, will be for the 3/4" heims. I'm sold on doing it. I already have some 1" DOM to make the adjuster sleeves.
Heim steering dosn't use an adjuster sleeve. You simply thread more or less of the heim into the tubing insert, I highly recommend buying the inserts as I think machining/threading them would be a bitch and a half.
Looks like the 3/4" set comes with the tubing insert, however, as far as it being too much of a pain in the ass goes......Pppffsssss.
I wonder what the alignment shop is going to say when I pull it in the with heim joint steering on my truck?

Some other things you'll need to address, the holes in your spindles are tapered, grade 8 bolts are not. You're gonna have to ream the holes out so that you can put a standard bolt in there. And while I'm not positive you may need the high misalignment spacers as well but I don't really know prolly one of those things you'll have to try without first then get some if it doen't work as planned.
Just take it in beforehand and get it aligned, then pull those components and measure them and build to those specs. In the future just adjust back to spec. Besides, its gonna be a trail rig so its need to be 100% in alignment probably isn't as great as a daily driver.
I should ad that I was told by some dipshit at NTB the it was not possible to align as is. It is waaay out of alignment & my steering is awful. It has toe problems & my front tires are fighting each other.
