Thanks Chris. But I think I'm going to go flanges once I get back from Hawaii. I'll be ordering TG ARP hub studs, a new outer flange and a set of Longfield chromo flanges.

I'll also be upgrading to PSC hydro assist and building a 3/4" heim steering setup using Sky's billet pitman arm.

Chromo flanges and ARP studs are on order. I went with the TG flanges because they have an O-ring to keep water out.

Next is to order some new hydro-assist gear. Probably going to go with the PSC setup. Need to do some more research first, but the first one listed below is looking like the winner.. just add a cooler.

T-Case flanges?

yep.. need to spend $600 on new chromo ones. My goal is to make my weak link the lack of horsepower in the little 22RE.

Input/output shafts then the trans internals.

Have you seen any trans internals upgrades? I only saw things like cover plates and a few bearings.. and all that was for the R series trans. I have a W. Maybe at that time its due for a motor/trans swap.

Oh, and as for the input shaft.. the upgraded chromo 23 spline only works with the R series transmissions. :(

I believe so. You have to have a 23 spline output on the transmission to mate up to the upgraded chromo 23 spine input shaft. I haven't see a 23 spline upgrade for the transmission... nor have I seen a 21 spline chromo input shaft for a W series t-case.

You might want to invest in those ARP studs at least... you'll need 4 sets. :)

Nope no upgrade trans parts unless you swap the whole thing out. On that note an nv4500 would be really sweet if there is an adapter for it.
